Landmark research by the Gallup Organization shows that great supervisors are the key to great organizations. In addition to their famous take away message:
“People join companies, but they leave managers.”
…They also said: “What becomes clear from ( Gallup ’s Research) is that while we tend to celebrate 'great’ companies, in reality there are only great managers. In fact, it is on the front line that the hard work of building a stronger workplace gets done.”

Here’s What A Former Participant Said About An Onsite Version Of This Program:
“I learned more in this seminar than in four others I took from (a well known national seminar company).”
Jennifer Sgroi, Stonyfield Farm Yogurt, New Hampshire
Thus, your investment in your supervisors is one of the best investments you can make. In this program, participants will learn how to:
- Increase employee initiative.
- Increase productivity without burning out employees.
- Develop a greater understanding of the potential difference they can make… if they do the things that great supervisors do.
- Reduce employee negativity.
- Avoid the supervisor mistakes that damage employee motivation and performance.
- Inspire employees to care more about doing a great job.
- Practice the supervisor actions that optimize employee motivation and performance.
- Get greater “buy in” for decisions.
- Address the awkwardness of going from peer to supervisor and managing team members with more experience.
- Identify “blind spots” and professional development needs.
Fee: Your fee is $97 if your registration is postmarked by April 27th. $127 if mailed after that, and $147 at the door.

What Seminar Participants Say About David Lee: |
| |
“I David, not only did I find your presentation very clear on concepts and theories, but more importantly, your program includes practical suggestions and multiple workshop handouts that participants can take back to their workplaces to implement those concepts and theories in a practical way”.
- Don Steig, HRH of Northern New England
"Whenever I attend a seminar, if I leave with 2 or 3 solid items to implement back at our office, I feel the day has been worthwhile. I left David Lee's half-day course with more than 20 solid, commonsense, no-cost items that I am eager to implement…This half-day course was an excellent use of time."
- Eric S. Wood, President, EnviroSense, Inc.
"Having seen a lot of speakers, I can't tell just you how impressed I was by David. I even waited in line to talk with him... I learned a great deal and laughed my butt off in the process... When we have someone who is so genuine and so well prepared, we owe it to each other to spread the word.... I take it very seriously when I recommend someone else's work and... he's great!"
- Naomi Judd
"Thank you for your seminar 'How To Keep Your Staff Inspired, Energized, And Passionate About Their Work!' This was powerful information and advice...delivered in a gentle, fun and caring way! Great job"
- Connie Roy-Czyzowski, VP of Human Resources, Northeast Delta Dental
"Thank you so much for your presentation ‘How to Keep Employee Morale High in Both the Good Times and Bad.’ I received wonderful feedback from all the managers who attended."
- Darrell Caron, Director of Human Resources, Sheraton South Portland
"David's Customer Service Training Program certainly elevated the level of customer service that we provide in our Service Center at Lincoln Financial Group. The "David Lee" training is referenced often and kept alive in our Center. We have experienced higher Quality Monitoring scores and more satisfied customers as a direct result."
- Stacey E. Swim, Regional Director, Lincoln Financial Group
"David always scores at the tops of the charts when it comes to seminar satisfaction. He teaches essential skills that every employee can immediately implement."
- Brendan Perry, Executive Director, New Hampshire Auto Dealers Association
"David, I can't thank you enough for the breath of fresh air that you provided us all last week. I only wish that every one of our supervisors could have attended. Your teaching style was just right for the audience, with a perfect blend of humor and effective hands-on tips that everyone could put to immediate use. Thanks also for your other email with follow-up tips."
- Sara E. Butturini, Human Resources Manager, Millipore Corporation
"David Lee has provided the employees of the City of Manchester with a breath of fresh air in his training programs. Employees always rave about the relevance of the training to their real life work situations. David also has the unique ability to allow participants to bring up other subject matters while at the same time, he works their concerns into the program that he is presenting."
- Ginny Lamberton, HR Director, City of Manchester |

Why the Low Fee? The fee has been kept low for two reasons. First, it’s to make it easy for you to send more than one manager, because the more managers who attend, the greater the impact this material will have on your company. I’ve also kept the fee low to remove any “barriers of entry”, as a way to give you a chance to preview my work. At the risk of stating the obvious… learning the skills and practices that bring out the best in employees takes more than a half-day seminar. So, my hope is that you will recognize the impact this material can have on your company’s success, and will want to invest in ongoing management development and coaching.
